How to get rid of Cold and Cough ?


Nausea or cold is a disease that can happen to any woman or man on any day. This disease, however, occurs during the movement of the seasons, mostly in the rain, winter and the days between the two seasons. This disease occurs without any other disease in the polluted air-dusty and icy places. Other diseases of the throat, nasal diseases, air outbreak and etc. help this disease. As a result, the disease spreads rapidly.

Causes- 

This disease is also caused due to food breakdown, hard work, worry, sleeping in air or dew in water, drinking excess alcohol, physical weakness, defecation of thirst, hunger, sleep, cough etc. Immediately after waking at night and sleeping in the day, this disease is also caused by drinking cold water, excessive crying, drinking cold ice water, more crying, etc. It is an infectious disease. There is mild swelling in the nasal mucous membrane.

Symptoms- 

Initially, the smell appears in the nose. Later sneezes start coming. Water starts coming out of the eyes and nose. When mucus (water) comes down from the throat and goes into the stomach, a cough is formed. cough starts coming. Ears are closed. The forehead is heavy and the eyes turn red. Difficulty in breathing due to repeated nasal congestion. No sleep at night .The patient has to breathe through the mouth.


Home Remedies:

1. Cook 10 grams of turmeric powder and 10 grams of bishops weed in a cup of water. When 
     the water      remains half after burning, add a little jaggery to it. Drain it and drink it three       times a day. In two     
     days, cold will vanished.

2. Toast two pieces of garlic cloves in fire and grind them. Then lick this powder with honey.

3. Make powder of nigella (kalongi) and tie it in bundle ("potali" in hindi). Then smell it again       and again. Water from the nose will stop.

4. Grind nutmeg in water and apply it on the forehead and nose like sandalwood (chandan).

5. Grind five leaves of Tulsi, two cloves, a small lump of ginger or dry ginger and lemon-fat all 
     in a cup of water and set it on fire when the water remains half then filter it and add a little 
     jaggery or sugar to it and drink it hot.

6. Drip two drops of cow urine("gowmootra" in hindi) (fresh) in both the nostrils in the     
     morning and evening.

7. Apply a spoonful of dry ginger powder and drink lukewarm water. 

8. Boil five raisins ("munakka" in hindi) in one cup of water. When the water remains half,     
     remove the bead and chew it. Then drink gulped water. The cold will run away.

9. Mix half a teaspoon of honey in a spoonful of ginger juice and lick it.
    Cinnamon and nutmeg - both take one spoon in the form of powder, the common cold     
    becomes furious.

10. Toast ripe guava on gas stove in the and eat it.

11. Lick half a teaspoon of radish seeds powder with honey.

12. Make a sauce of eight leaves of basil and four black peppers and eat with jaggery (gud)
.
13. Grind pomegranate leaves. Then add a little 5 grams jaggery to it and eat.

14. Salicy, dry ginger, and root of Kateri - all 5-5 grams. Make a decoction drink and drink it.

15. Drink a cup of cow's milk mixed with a spoonful of turmeric.

16. Apply mustard oil outside the nose and inside the nostrils after a while. Water die to cold          will flow down.
