How to get rid of Stomach Pain :

Stomach Pain can be experienced by both children and the elderly. Most people have stomach pain after eating, while some people have this pain before meals. Both types of stomach ache arise due to irregular eating and drinking, polluted diet and fast food. Therefore, along with treatment, caution should also be exercised in the above subject.

Stomach Pain - Causes: Stomach pain occurs due to poor digestion of food, constipation, frequent diarrhea and disorder in the stomach. It has been seen many times that pain in the stomach arises with great intensity. It occurs due to stomach disease, peptic ulcer, diseases of small and large intestines, diseases of liver and gall bladder, diseases of kidneys, excess air. There is also vomiting in constipation and indigestion with which pain arises.

Stomach Pain - Symptoms There is a feeling of heaviness in the stomach. There is pain like needling. The air and stools stop. Many times the stomach pain takes a terrible form due to which there is extreme discomfort. Indigestion, constipation, diarrhea, fever, nausea, vomiting etc.

Stomach Pain - Home Remedies : 

1. Lick a spoonful of ginger juice and a little honey.

2. Grind half a teaspoon of cumin seeds. Add a little honey to it and lick slowly.

3. Dissolve mint in dry water and add a little sugar and a pinch of salt to it.

4. Grind cinnamon and a little asafoetida. Then dissolve it in some water and drink it.

5. Taking half a pinch of red chilli mixed with jaggery also stops stomachache.

6. Taking rock salt mixed with fennel also stops stomachache.

7. Drinking the juice of ripe berries stops stomachache.

8. Grind a few new leaves of guava. Then dissolve them in water and consume them.

9. A pinch of clove powder dissolved in water and drinking will give out gas. This cured stomach pain.

10. Grind four seeds of black pepper and add in two spoons of radish juice. This will give better results.

Stomach Pain - what to eat and what not to eat :

Abdominal pain hurts humans. Therefore, it should be treated immediately. Take simple but nutritious food. Stomach remains light by consuming vegetables, fruits, and fibrous substances. Do not sieve the bran with wheat flour. Then make her chapati and eat. Chew food properly. With each mouthful, more and more saliva should go into the stomach.
Drink water at least one to one and a half hours after meals. Drinking water with food causes indigestion. Also, do not eat chili-spices, rich food, meat, fish, etc. Drink as much water as you can throughout the day. Do take a walk after having dinner.
