Acidity is a very terrible
disease. There is a lot of trouble in this disease.People often rush towards antacids
or expensive drugs of acidity when they have acidity and they don't know that
the true cause of acidity is bad eating habits.If these habits are changed,

Acidity - Home Remedies:
1.Banana - Alkaline property of banana neutralizes stomach acid and relieves acidity.
2.Lemon and Baking Soda: Squeeze a lemon in a glass of lukewarm water,add a pinch of baking soda to it and drink it on an empty stomach in the morning. By doing this, the problem of gas in the stomach is removed and acidity, indigestion, food poisoning, constipation etc. are also relieved from the disease.
3.Lukewarm water and asafoetida: Mix a little asafetida in a glass of lukewarm water and drink it 3 times a day, it helps to get relief from gas problem soon. If asafoetida is not available, you can drink lukewarm water only, it also provides relief in gas.
4.Ginger: Chew a small piece of ginger, then drink lukewarm water after that, or you can boil ginger in water and consume it.
5.Consumption of cardamom after meals: Whenever you eat food then after that, definitely take cardamom and a clove, these things prevent acidity and gas from forming after eating food in your stomach.
6.Cloves - Chew cloves or boil cloves and drink their water. It gives relief from gas and acidity.
7.Cold milk - Cold milk enters the stomach and neutralizes the acid. Cools the stomach.
By doing any one from these above remedies you can experience an excellent result
