Indigestion




Indigestion:

Digestion of food improperly is called indigestion. This is a condition due to which many small diseases surround humans. If this disease remains equal for a long time, then the formation of blood stops in the body. Therefore, this disease should not be considered ordinary. The biggest drawback of this disease is that it weakens the patient as it gets old. Therefore, treatment of this disease should be started soon.

Indigestion -Causes : This disease is caused due to bad and excessive eating time, swallowing chewed food quickly, tea, alcohol, etc., ,doing more physical and mental exercises, or not doing at all. People who intake a lot of sour food,oil,chilli-spices etc. also get this disease. Nowadays most of the people spend the life of emergency without worrying about the dirty environment. Likewise living in a contaminated unhealthy house, wearing tight clothes.,and eating excessive amounts of ghee, oily,cheese also causes indigestion disease.   

Indigestion -SymptomsIn this disease, there is no feeling of eating food, food is not digested, the stomach is swollen, it gets nauseous, and complains of constipation, water gets filled in the mouth and there is little mild pain in the stomach all the time. Sour belching continues, gas is produced in the stomach, bad breath, etc. are the main symptoms of indigestion. Sometimes the patient also gets nervous.

Indigestion -Remedies

1. Eating half a teaspoon of raw papaya milk with little sugar gives quick benefits

2. Drinking a little rock salt in onion juice removes the complaint of indigetion.

3. Make a fine powder by grinding roasted cumin, rock salt and black pepper in the appropriate amount. Take half a teaspoon of this powder with buttermilk or curd.

4. Drinking by mixing sugar in radish juice eliminates indigestion.

5. Cut the onion and squeeze a little lemon over it. Take it with regular meals.

6. Take orange pieces and put black salt and dried ginger powder ("sonth" in hindi) on it. This can cure Indigestion very fast.

7. By soaking asafetida in water, placing it on the navel causes belching and the gas comes out.

8. Indigestion is overcome by eating banana vegetable or ripe banana.

9. Mix one spoon of mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds and swallow it whole with warm water.

10. Make a decoction by mixing four-five leaves of basil, four grains of black pepper, one spoon dry ginger, one teaspoon celery and a little rock salt. 

Indigestion - What to eat and what not to eat:

Eat green vegetables such as radish, spinach, fenugreek, gourd, luffa, parwal etc. Eat more fiber things. After consuming afternoon meals, take a rest and go for a walk one or two kilometers after dinner. Do not consume chilli-spices, sweet food, fish, alcohol, eggs etc.This will give alot of benefits.
