Joint pain can occur in most knees, ankles, elbows and shoulders.

Treatment of joint pain depends largely on the cause of the pain. This is why your doctor will first examine the joints where you have been hurt. Also you may get a lot of questions about your pain, diet, recent physical activity and whether you are currently taking any medication (if it is a side effect of something). Often, the path to diagnosis involves taking an X-ray to determine if the area has a minor fracture or sprain, or if there is another problem. This disease is more common in men and women living in hot places. It is considered hereditary. Once it is attacked, even if the person is cured, there is a fear of attack of this disease again. The person who consumes a lot of machine-eaten rice, maida, khoya (mawa), sugar, hot and strong spices, chaat, eggs, alcohol, fish, etc., gets this disease. People who work hard with power and then quit suddenly also get arthritis disease.

Symptoms-

Joint pain, lack of good food, excessive thirst, laziness, heaviness in the body, sometimes complaining of fever, not eating food, void of any organ and unbearable pain in joints are the main symptoms of arthritis. Sometimes it hurts even by touching and moving the limbs. Along with pain in the feet, head, ankle, knees, thigh and joints, there is swelling. She goes. There is lack of blood in the body.

How long does it take to recover?

Joint pain caused by an injury or infection can be treated in a few days, a few weeks, depending on the severity of the injury or infection. On the other hand, joint pains associated with arthritis come and go as if to be managed in one's life. There is no permanent treatment for this. Joint pain due to strenuous physical activity takes a few days to recover. However, the effect of taking pain medication is often immediate.

Who is not eligible for treatment?

There are many home remedies for treating joint pain that can take any remedy. Using hot and cold compresses is a common way of dealing with most muscle and bone pain and can work for joint pain as well. Using essential oils with anti-inflammatory properties during massage or adding them to a diffuser can also help with joint pain. Some Home Remedies to cure Arthritis-

Mix camphor in garlic juice and massage on parts of arthritis or gout, the disease is cured within a few days. 
Grind 25 grams dry ginger, 50 grams wet turmeric (harad), 15 grams parsley and 10 grams rock salt together to make the powder. Take 3 grams of this powder in the morning and 3 grams in the evening.
  1. Make a powder by grinding dry ginger, black pepper, peepal, white cumin, garlic, asafetida and salt. Lick 4-4 grams of this powder with the honey four times a day.
  2. Drink 10 grams dry ginger decoction ("kaada" in hindi) in the morning and evening.
  3. Rub cottonseed oil on arthritic organs.
  4. The affected parts should be warmed by heating the leaves of Adoosa. This reduces the     swelling.
  5. Massage with mustard oil in the area of ​​pain.
  6. Add peppermint to the coconut oil and mix it well. Then massage the aching limbs with the palm.
  7. Grind bitter gourd and apply it on the affected areas.
  8. Massaging the juice of bitter gourd with mustard oil reduces pain and soreness.
  9. Take 3 to 3 grams of powder of both mace and dry ginger with lukewarm water in the morning and evening.
  10. Cook mango kernels in mustard oil. Then filter and use this oil. This oil massage cures arthritis.
  11. Finely grind the babool (tree) gum. Take two pinches of powder with hot water four times a day.
  12. Make a sauce by grinding the soft leaves of guava. Take one spoon of chutney in the morning and one spoon in the evening.
  13. Take a spoonful of juice of cabbage, beetroot and cauliflower leaves in the morning and evening.
  14. Rubbing oil of kayphal keeps the joint pain going.
  15. Yellow.canner oil is very suitable for arthritis.
  16. Cook 2 grams camphor and opium 1 gram in mustard oil and massage them on the parts of arthritis twice a day.
  17. Taking decoction of bark of peepal tree also prevents gout.
  18. Mix mustard oil in onion juice and massage it.
  19. Heat ginger juice and apply it on the joints.
  20. Mixing the juice of two teaspoons of basil leaves in mustard oil and apply it on the area of pain.
  21. Arthritis disease is reduced by eating cooked fenugreek vegetable with jaggery. Then it goes slowly.
  22. Remove the juice of amaranth leaves and mix in mustard oil and heat it. Then apply it on the arthritic organs in the afternoon.
  23. The patient of arthritis should mix tomato juice in the juice of ala and apply it on the organs.
  24. Toast two teaspoons of dry turmeric on a griddle and add a little jaggery to it.
  25. Boil 25 grams of dried gooseberries and 50 grams of jaggery in a glass of water. When the water remains half, then take it four times a day.
  26. Cook two spoons of mustard oil, four buds of garlic and jarsi poppy in mustard oil. Strain this oil and keep it in a vial. Massage this oil every day sitting in the sun.
  27. Put large cardamom peels at the head and sleep. Joint pain is cured by doing this work continuously for two months.


What to eat and what not in Arthritis-

Arthritis patients should not consume air-forming substances. Use more of old rice, garlic, bitter gourd, brinjal and horseradish in ordinary food. Do not eat rice if you have fever and cough. Do not use milk, curd, fish, urad dal, kachori, radish, cabbage etc. Sleep lightly by eating light at night. Strong sunlight and east wind sat. It is good to take a walk in the morning and in the evening in winter in the summer.
